When she was 13 she started own business, at the moment she is Director of ORIFLAME SWEDEN.

She is a member of Youth ethnic council of Stavropol region, the chairperson of interethnic council of Stavropol State Agricultural University. Business trainer.

Best technologies of non-formal education

The student of Economy faculty, Farahmand Parisa Abdul Rasulovna, within educational program of Stavropol State Agricultural University implemented the project “New Technology”.

The project is aimed to heighten students’ interest in practical seminars through technologies of non-formal education.

The aim of the project was adoption of non-formal education technology among first year students of Economy faculty of Stavropol State Agricultural University through optional classes. From 30 th of September 30 to 7 th of October there was held a teambuilding workshop for students of some groups of Management in Economy faculty.

At the workshop the students learned about the concept of the project and did some practical exercises. The exercises were aimed to adapt the students to studying at University. The students got to know about the directions of the project and defined the themes they were interested in. During the workshop the students learned about social projects and non-formal education. Trainings helped participants to step out of their comfort zone towards personal growth.
